Refund Policy (Latvia)
A brief overview of how refunds work for purchases made from Latvia and within the EU.
Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, consumers in Latvia generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content delivered electronically, this right may not apply once delivery has begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal after delivery starts.
When refunds may apply
- Undelivered or inaccessible digital goods due to a verified technical issue.
- Duplicate charges or clearly erroneous billing.
Each request is assessed individually in line with Latvian consumer protection rules and EU law.
How to request a refund
- Contact support with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages.
